If there are any concerns with any of the products purchased, I would be happy to help with returns/refunds. However as every product is carefully and uniquely crafted, we do not have a generic return policy. After reviewing with the client, I would personally discuss and can work on return/refunds as applicable. Quality and customer satisfaction are the most important principles for me.
